Fish O’ Day: Grouper

HarbourEdge_Mar2016Harbour’s Edge restaurant, where we had lunch or dinner most days of our trip, overlooking the harbor of Hopetown in The Bahamas. Travelers staying on their sailboats come over in their dinghys or inflatables to tie up at the dock. Fried plantains are scrumptious! Fresh grouper delicious.
